I say we are going to take care of ourselves. BREAKING IT DOWN

 

Raw, vegan, gluten free crackers for instance, Flax Seeds, and vegetables are loaded with omegas and antioxidants. EFAs, magnesium, potassium, and lots of fiber all needed for a healthy body. The flax seeds are great sources of B vitamins, protein and zinc. So just eating the crackers aids in reducing inflammation and swelling. Also reducing blood cholesterol and triglycerides.

 

Now imagine adding avocado as a spread with the mock toona mix. Avocado is said to be the mother of all foods. She is super helpful for any digestive disorder, soothing the gut and providing plenty of Omega 6 fatty acids. Which is a good thing! Avocado helps calm the nervous system and slows the aging process. The anti-inflammatory properties of avocado help reduce polyps in the intestines and prevent several different cancers in the lower torso of the human body. Avocado is said to nourish us in such deep ways that it is far beyond the nutrition it meets us on a deep spiritual level as well.

 

Cucumbers, which we use in many dishes and juice have a reputation for being the best kidney cleanser known. They have a diuretic action which prevents bloating and help wash the kidney and bladder of debris and stones. Cucumber works well with celery which transports the cucumber juice deeper into the tissues creating better hydration. Try this:4-ribs of celery, 1 apple and 1 cucumber juiced. Cucumber contains an enzyme called erepsin, which helps the body digest proteins, kills tape worms and supports healthy kidneys.
